The nominations for the 64th Annual GRAMMY Awards were announced yesterday! Jimmie Allen was nominated in the all-genre Best New Artist category! Both Dolly Parton (A Holly Dolly Christmas) and Willie Nelson (That’s Life) were nominated in the all-genre Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album category. Carrie Underwood’sMy Savior” earned a nod in the Best Roots Gospel Album cateogry. As for the Country-specific categories, nominations, here’s the list:

  • Miranda Lambert announced her annual Share The Love campaign, which gives back to animal shelters. Twenty lucky shelters will each receive a $1,000 MuttNation grant on behalf of the randomly selected individuals who have supported their local shelter by volunteering, fostering or adopting a shelter pet between February 1, 2021, and January 30, 2022. Now in its fourth year, Share The Love has expanded from selecting 5 volunteers/shelters to naming twenty in the coming year.
