CHEERS

Happy Birthweek (was yesterday) to Scott Donato & Mary Hilliard Harrington! Happy Birthday to Brad Paisley & Cody Villalobos

TOP SHELF

Kacey Musgraves made history on Friday night in Nashville breaking the Bridgestone Arena’s attendance record for a female headlining act thanks to the 18,373 fans who braved the cold rain outside to watch the last stop on Kacey’s “Oh, What A World Tour.” Special thanks to the team at UMG Nashville for inviting me to the show and to Brett Kissel for inviting me into his suite. I think we’re still deaf after experiencing the insanely loud ovation that Harry Styles got at the end of the night when he joined Kacey on stage. Think Brett said it best after watching this remarkable show, “the future is female” and it’s clear that Kacey has the potential to be a real icon in music.
