ALL ACCESS

As a Bass Pro Shop ambassador, Chris Janson encourages families to explore the great outdoors together. He, along with his son and amateur angler Jesse, is currently supporting the “Gone Fishing” initiative, which is “challenging families everywhere to get off the couch and discover the fun of fishing this summer.” Bass Pro Shops is donating more than 55,000 rods and reels to nonprofit youth organizations nationwide to help get more kids outside.

SHOT

The 31st Annual Saskatchewan Country Music Association Awards were handed out virtually Saturday night, due to COVID-19 restrictions, and Tenille Arts was honored to have her name called for both Female Artist and Songwriter of the Year for the third year in a row. She shared the Songwriter award with Alex Kline and Allison Veltz for her “Somebody Like That” single, which cracked the Top 15 on the Canadian Country charts and the Top 50 on Mediabase and Top 20 on MusicRow. The two wins bring her total awards from the organization to nine over the last three years.
