CHEERS

In honor of Dave Haywood’s birthweek (was yesterday), I wanted to share this hilarious video he shot for a new song called “We Zoomed,” inspired by Brad Paisley’s hit “We Danced.” I honestly think this is the first time I’ve ever heard Dave sing a song solo!

TOP SHELF

Brad Paisley, Tim McGraw & Lady A took center-stage during NBC’s MACY’s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular special with each performing twice throughout the two-hour broadcast. Each performance was filmed at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. Brad appropriately kicked-off the special with a rendition of “American Saturday Night” and later performed his new single, “No I in Beer.” McGraw played his timeless “Something Like That” and his new single “I Called Mama.” Lady A delighted with the high-octane “You Look Good” and their infectious new single courtesy of NBC’s SONGLAND, “Champagne Night.”

Two rising stars from the Big Machine Label Group honored America during the pre-race pageantry for national TV audiences by singing the national anthem before the two NASCAR events this weekend at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The Valory Music Co. recording artist Abbey Cone (pictured above) sang “The Star-Spangled Banner” before the Big Machine Hand Sanitizer 400 Powered by Big Machine Records on Sunday while Big Machine Records recording artist Noah Schnacky performed the anthem before the Pennzoil 150 at the Brickyard on Saturday!

ALL ACCESS

RAELYNN tells a truthful goodbye with her brand-new song “Me About Me,” available now at all streaming platforms and digital retailers. The track is the latest look at her forthcoming EP, BAYTOWN, out August 14 on Round Here Records. If this song is an indication of what we can expect from “Baytown,” then I can’t wait to hear the rest! This is honestly the first song she’s put out that I’ve really responded to, for whatever that’s worth!
