WANT IT
  • Nearly 15 years after first visiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® where he was immediately inspired to pledge his support, Darius Rucker continues to give back to the mission, surpassing the $2.5 million mark in his fundraising efforts with this year’s 12th annual “Darius & Friends” benefit concert on Tuesday night, preceded by his corresponding golf tournament and silent auction on Monday morning. This year’s event alone raised more than $410,000, bringing together a sold-out audience at the historic Ryman Auditorium with at-home fans watching via the Mandolin live stream.
GOING TO IT
  • Well, Damon Whiteside talked to me into so I’m literally going to go from San Juan to Nashville tomorrow to experience ACM Party For A Cause and the ACM Honors on Wednesday night at The Ryman. Hard to believe this will be my first trip to Nashville in almost two years. Looking forward to being here to experience such an amazing event benefiting an amazing program like ACM Lifting Lives! Still, a few tickets left for tonight so click here if you wanna go!
NOT GOING TO IT
  • Out of an abundance of caution, Florida Georgia Line has cancelled their I LOVE MY COUNTRY TOUR 2021 due to COVID-19
PLAN FOR IT

Lady A continues to emerge with a new refined vision, as they share details today behind the full release of their eighth studio album WHAT A SONG CAN DO (BMLG Records), out October 22nd (on my bday!). Working again with producer Dann Huff, the 14 tracks reinvigorate the band’s signature sound – a captivating fusion of rootsy pop and electrifying harmony that has dominated charts for more than a decade. Always up for a good time, Thomas Rhett, Darius Rucker and tour mate Carly Pearce offer support in the trio’s twang-rocking first true collaboration, “Friends Don’t Let Friends.” Additionally, Haywood steps to the mic for his first-ever lead vocal on the devoted “Working On This Love” as it finds him delivering a tender acoustic poem written solo for his wife, Kelli.
