ON THE HOUSE

In what may very well end up being my favorite country music event of my ACMs weekend in Vegas, 95.5 The Bull hosted a one-of-a-kind, sold-out, guitar pull last night to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital featuring Dustin Lynch (Team Broken Bow), Lee Brice (Team Curb), Kip Moore (Team Universal), Chris Janson (Team Warner), Scotty McCreery (Team Triple Tigers), Granger Smith (Team Stoney Creek), Cody Johnson (Team Warner), Chase Rice (Team Broken Bow), Danielle Bradbery (Team Big Machine), and Riley Green (Team Big Machine). Special thanks to The Bull’s Big D for going out of his way to take care of me and “host” me – goes such a long way to be able to attend events like this and have the freedom to move around and capture different vantage points for Morning Hangover content/socials. Guitar pulls like this are some of the most unique shows fans will ever get to experience. Seeing how the artists respond to one another. Lee Brice and Kip Moore were hysterical. Lee and Chris Janson had a mutual admiration society going. Danielle Bradbery blew the roof of The Cosmopolitan with her powerhouse vocals. All-in-all, fans were treated to a one-of-a-kind show featuring more than 30 songs performed. Watch highlights of some of my fav music moments on @MorningHangover #InsaStory.

FRONT OF THE HOUSE

On Sunday, April 14th, Tennessee residents are invited to experience the historic Ryman Auditorium’s daytime tour experience free of charge as part of a Community Appreciation Day sponsored by partners Nissan and SunTrust Bank. Complimentary self-guided tours will be available from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. with presentation of a valid Tennessee state ID at the Ryman box office. No reservations are necessary. The Ryman’s self-guided tour includes admission to the state-of-the-art theater experience, “Soul of Nashville.” The film puts the audience at the center of the Ryman’s fascinating history as more than a century of iconic performances come to life on all sides of the room.
