ON THE BAR WALL

with the help of Bobby Bones, Walker Hayes was surprised with the news that his hit “You Broke Up With Me” had gone Multi-Platinum. Jackie Jones from RIAA was on hand to inform Walker that the song was now one of only 25 country songs to reach Double-Platinum status, released in the last three years. The milestone also makes Walker one of only 5 country artists to send their debut single to that height in that time.

ALL ACCESS

With industries around the world adjusting to the widespread affects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Country Music Association (CMA) is launching an ongoing webinar series designed to help attendees understand the current situation and create a path forward in this “new normal.” Formed as the first trade organization to promote a type of music, CMA offers year-round member-only tools and resources to professionals working in the Country Music industry. In the spirit of collaboration, however, CMA is making this webinar series available to the industry and for public access as well. Webinar recordings will be made available on the members-only site, my.cmaworld.com.
